Professional skills, also called soft skills, are non-technical abilities that help a lot in how someone do at work. Skills like communication and teamwork go together with technical stuff to add more value on the job. These skills can be used in many roles and fields. Also, how people act at work depends on their values, beliefs, attitude, and character. These things affect how they see problems, make choices, and treat others. Tools like Johari Window is useful to understand yourself better and improve how you deal with people.

What was interesting 💡

I found it interesting that soft skills like teamwork and communication is really important for jobs. I didn't know they matter this much. The Johari Window was new to me and showed how we and others see us. Learning about values, beliefs, and attitude was also cool since they affect how we act. I also liked knowing that skills like problem solving and adaptability can help in any job. Now I see why building these kind of skills really help with work and success.
