As a part of this module, we had to organize a food festival. A food stall need good planning. You need to pick the right food, manage budget well, and choose a good place. For our event, we picked popular and low cost items like KottuMee noodles and Kurumba Juice as main items. We also had popcorn, brownies, sandwiches, and cookies to give more variety. I also bought chocolate cookies myself for the stall. These foods was cheap to make, easy to serve, and many people liked them.
