Meetings happen when a group of people come together to talk, share ideas, and make decisions to achieve a common goal. They can be formal or informal and are used in all kinds of settings from business to school to team projects. Good planning and communication help meetings run smoothly and lead to productive results.

🔸 Create a clear agenda
🔸 Choose the right participants
🔸 Schedule the meeting at a convenient time

How to Participate Well

🔸 Speak clearly and stay on topic
🔸 Follow the meeting rules and structure
🔸 Listen to others and let them finish
🔸 Be respectful and stay positive
🔸 Use simple, clear language
🔸 Ask questions if something unclear
🔸 Focus on solving problems

What i learnt 🎯

✅ Meetings need planning and a clear purpose
✅ Different types of meetings are used for different goals
✅ Being respectful and staying on topic helps things go well
✅ Listening and asking questions are just as important as talking
✅ Good communication makes meetings more effective

What was interesting 💡

Many types of meetings like AGMs and EGMs. Also, I found it interesting how much proper planning and behavior matter. Just showing respect and speaking clearly can really change the outcome of a meeting.
